"Without a doubt, one of the best and most useful learning events I have been on. A year on and I'm still using what I learned with my patients and families I work with."

For Professionals
(Health, Hospice, Social Care, Care Home, Community Staff)
One of the hardest things for any of us to do is to start conversations about end of life care with others. Yet all staff must become more comfortable around end of life conversations and care if the best care is to be delivered to patients and clients who are ill, aging, and facing options for their final days.
Our programme was developed to break the taboo of talking about death and dying, based on real stories of the public and professionals alike. Our workshops confirm that we may have information, yet can benefit from a place to get some tips, tools and share what works together.
Half or full day workshops have been delivered nationally and internationally to medical and nursing students, administrative staff of GP practices, health, social care, hospice and specialist palliative care staff.
